House Painting, Inc. painted the entire exterior of our house, including trim that was very sun damaged/weather beaten.

I called House Painting, Inc. on a Monday morning and James came out to give an estimate about 2 hours later. He was very responsive to my questions. We had a couple of questions the next day and they were promptly answered. Work started on Wednesday morning (two days after making the initial call). The workers arrived on time every day. Given that they started midweek, they even came on a Saturday. The only delay was due to rain but as soon as the weather cleared, they were back at our house and finished everything exactly as quoted and expected. They even handled replacing the attic vent covers. These were not in the original quote. We asked if they could do it and they gave us a very reasonable price. This work was completed in the same professional manner as the rest of the job. Everything was picked up every day and we felt very comfortable having the workers around our house.

I contacted Mr. Lee for an estimate and he came by for the estimate within 1-2 days.  His company called several times to make sure that I had the estimate and to inquire if/when I would be ready to start the job.  I e-mailed him with questions, and he immediately called me back to respond to my questions.  A date was arranged to start the job and they showed up at the EXACT time that they said they would….. and every day after they arrived from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.  They were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves every day.  They  payed  great attention to detail in the preparation for painting and the paint job itself.  It was a very pleasant experience to deal with such a professional group of folks.  Their work ethic  and pride in their work was amazing.  I will definitely have them  back and recommend them to friends/family.

Painted (after scraping, power washing and repairing surface) large area retaining/garden walls surrounding commercial building.

James Lee (the owner) called back within a few hours after leaving my message. He arrived within a day or two exactly on time to give estimate. After a careful look at my dreadful peeling wall (stucco “paint” had been applied at some point and several areas were now peeling off the original concrete wall) he showed me his portfolio of work which was AMAZING. He also gave me a printout of hundreds of references with addresses of his recent jobs…VERY impressive. He then took time to explain his estimate and exactly what needed to be done. Abraham and his helper arrived a few days later and proceeded to cover the parking lot and sidewalks around the building (a retail operation which was open for business) with plastic so the scraped paint wouldn’t get into the asphalt and gardens. After scraping and sanding the wall they removed the plastic tarps filled with debris and power washed the entire area to be painted. I was amazed at their fastidious preparation! Minor repairs were done…Abraham resurfaced parts of the wall with a stucco material to match the areas of the wall that had not peeled and several large “chips” of concrete were also repaired. The wall was then primed and painted and it looks like new! The workers were extremely neat and cleaned up completely every day. There was no interference with the busy retail operation and they were so quiet my customers and I forgot they were there! I have been in business for 37 years and James Lee (House Painting Inc.) is one of the best contractors I have ever hired!!

One of the best experiences in working with a contractor on our 4 month  remodel.  I would not hesitate a second to call them when I need a painter again.  Can not say enough about what a professional business they run.  A+++++
