prepped and painted the exterior of my small Craftsman house

The service I received was excellent.  They responded immediately to my inquiry, then made an appointment to meet with me to get an estimate the very next day.  My schedule changed and Mr. Lee accommodated easily.  They started work the following week.  Each day the crew arrived early (7:30) to get started. They were meticulous in the care they took with all my plants and covering over the windows inside my house so that the interior was not effected by blowing wood or paint.  They gave me a limited range of colors to choose from — but I was able to find what I wanted from what they gave me.  Mr. Jun, the lead on the project, brought me samples of the colors I chose and painted them right on the house for me to make a final decision.  He was very careful in documenting my choices so there were no mistakes.  The crew was the same every day. They were all respectful and friendly, even to my yapping dog.  They cleaned up after themselves daily as well, so that other than one night (when they had to leave the plastic up on the windows and it was boiling hot and I have no AC) I could have entertained at my house without anyone really knowing anything was going on outside.  They spent three days sanding, prepping and priming, then two days painting.  When there were some issues with paint on window frames that got closed before the paint was fully dry, they came over right away and fixed them, and have offered to come back any time I notice anything else (which I haven’t so far).  I have already recommended House Painting Inc to any friends and neighbors who ask — and I am getting tons of compliments on how great my house looks.  I would happily work with them again — but I have a feeling it will be a long time before I need to do so!!
