I was referred to James from our family realtor of 30+ years, and when I contacted him, he answered immediately and made arrangements to come that day to give me an estimate.  We went through the house and the work to be provided and I had an estimate before the end of the day.  I received other bids as well, and while James was higher, his timeframe fit with my needs, so I emailed him and asked if he could come down in his pricing, which he was able to accommodate.

His team showed up on the start day ON TIME – a husband and wife team, who were on-site at all times.  They quickly got to work prepping; they were very careful with my personal and household items and asked questions to ensure that they were painting the correct areas, etc.  James was true to his word and work was completed within four days.  Sandy went through the house with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the work, went over the left-over paint and provided closure on the contract and payment.

After completion, James followed up promptly to ensure my satisfaction and mentioned that if I came across any spots that required touch-up, his team would come back out to take care of it.  I am very pleased with the work provided…because I HATE TO PAINT (well hate to prep moreso!).  I had a very specific timeframe, as there is additional work being done to the house, which James was able to accommodate.  Very professional paint team; honest, trustworthy and I would definitely recommend James and his staff

Thank you James Lee House Painting!

These guys did such an amazing job painting my interior! Great customer service! James came out and did an estimate 1 day after I called and I received a quote a few hours later! I was shocked that they were even able to paint the next day! I was expecting a 2 week wait.

They did a great job covering and moving the furniture as well as taping all of the walls. Not a drop of paint on anything!

I decided to not paint an additional wall and ceiling beam, that was included in my original plans. However after a few days of looking it over, I changed my mind and wanted those wall painted. I recontacted James and to my surprise  they were willing to come back and paint it free of charge! Amazing!!

Mr. Lee and his team are prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Mr. Lee came out to our new house while it was still in escrow to do an estimate. The estimate was very competitive with other paint contractors. He also provided detailed proof of insurance and licensing.

The most impressive part of Mr. Lee and his team was that they were willing to do the work while we were on vacation. A friend of mine let the painters in every morning and they completed the entire interior of our house (prep, paint, clean up) in three days. Mr. Lee agreed to let us pay when we returned from vacation, which was extremely convenient for us.

When we got home and opened the door to our new house the paint job was incredible. It breathed new life into our old home! We were nothing short of impressed by the quality of the paint job. They did a great job cleaning up as well.

Next time we need painting again I am definitely calling James Lee!
