I was referred to James from our family realtor of 30+ years, and when I contacted him, he answered immediately and made arrangements to come that day to give me an estimate. We went through the house and the work to be provided and I had an estimate before the end of the day. I received other bids as well, and while James was higher, his timeframe fit with my needs, so I emailed him and asked if he could come down in his pricing, which he was able to accommodate.
His team showed up on the start day ON TIME – a husband and wife team, who were on-site at all times. They quickly got to work prepping; they were very careful with my personal and household items and asked questions to ensure that they were painting the correct areas, etc. James was true to his word and work was completed within four days. Sandy went through the house with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the work, went over the left-over paint and provided closure on the contract and payment.
After completion, James followed up promptly to ensure my satisfaction and mentioned that if I came across any spots that required touch-up, his team would come back out to take care of it. I am very pleased with the work provided…because I HATE TO PAINT (well hate to prep moreso!). I had a very specific timeframe, as there is additional work being done to the house, which James was able to accommodate. Very professional paint team; honest, trustworthy and I would definitely recommend James and his staff
