Contacted James in December for painting the interior and exterior of my home.  Due to the rainy weather, I held off on the exterior and took on the interior myself.  However, a very nice young lady was persistent in contacting me about every 4-6 weeks for the job.  Once the weather warmed up I agreed to start the exterior.  While the James’ estimate wasn’t the cheapest, his positive reviews urged me to proceed with his company.

After about 6 days of work the crew working for James:
-Patched and repaired stucco
-Cleaned eaves and walls
-Primed all wood
-Painted all the stucco and trim
-Painted my wood pergola
-Painted my doors
Everything was done in an excellent manner!
All the while the crew maintained a neat and clean exterior throughout all the work.

I would highly recommend James Lee house painting!

In all the years I’ve owned my house I have painted it 4 times and this time was far the best paint job ever. The painters were wonderful, they acted with the utmost professionalism and did a meticulous job, they explained every minor detail of the process to me and made sure I was happy with every decision.  They treated my property and plants with great care and made sure everything was put back in its original place.

I have had bad experiences with other painting contractors who would try to cut corners by having a mind set that if no one sees it, it doesn’t need to be painted.  However it was not like that with House Painting Inc.  they dismantled downspouts and hardware to paint the hard to reach places, they worked long hours trying to get the job done between rainy days, and made great suggestions about which areas should get the accent colors and which areas should get the primary colors.  On top of all that they were all very pleasant and nice people with a sense of humor!  I really had a great experience and would definitely call again when I am in need of painting and definitely highly recommend House Painting Inc

I found House Painting Inc. to be very professional and very good at what they do! Mr. Lee is very friendly and easy to get along with. He was straightforward about the challenges some of my jobs face and what it’s going to take to accomplish them.
He also has over 30 years of experience and his perfectionism really shows in his work!

The entire process was seamless, from scheduling visit for estimate to completion of the project.  Estimate was very reasonable, painters were very professional, worked quickly and were very careful to protect the furniture and floors.  They did a perfect and thorough job.

I’ll continue to use House Painting Inc. and would definitely recommend them! 🙂
