Painting – Exterior

Painted exterior of house, stucco and trim.

Some minor trim repairs, (wood).

Set up appointment with Mr. James Lee to view house and receive bid.

Mr. Lee arrived right on time and did an inspection of the exterior of the house.

I received a bid by email approx. three hours later. Price was in the middle of the pack.

Bid was very detailed and included all work that we had discussed during his inspection.

I was impressed by his attention to detail compared to other contractors that I interviewed.

I selected Mr. Lee’s company and scheduled work to begin approx. two weeks later.

Painter’s arrived right on time on the appointed day and began to prep. house.

They were very thorough, clean, and worked fast. Each day they arrived exactly on

time, 08:30.

Anytime I had a question or comment they were very responsive.

All in all, could not have gone any better.

I would definitely use this company again.
