These folks are the best painters we’ve ever used. James (the owner, I think) came in and gave us the estimate as well as a referral to Spectacular Trim. We needed to have baseboards and some door trim installed as well. Paul did a “spectacular job” on that as well — see that review! Once the new trim was in place, Jay and Carlos arrived to paint. They were on time, personable, and professional. First day was preparation. ALL the floors were covered as were the cabinets and the furniture. Sanding and filling was expertly done. A really gorgeous job of filling all the holes and repairing the dents and dings that come with living in a house. At the end of the first day the kitchen walls and ceiling were painted with primer and the rest of the house was ready for paint. At the end of day one, Jay and Carlos cleaned up and there was really very little dust to deal with for us. Day 2 they arrived promptly and the color painting started in earnest. Again, very, very clean, fast and professional. At the end of day 2 all that remained to do was the baseboards with the trim color. Day 3 they finished the baseboards, removed all the drop cloths and such, reattached the flat screen TV to the wall mount, and generally left the house very clean. In fact cleaner than other painters. These folks really know their business and perform it with care and consideration of the homeowner.
