Sanded, scraped, power washed entire house and garage. Provided sample colors for outside stucco wall. Patched, primed, and painted entire house and garage, including all stucco, window and door trim, and wood siding. Also three awnings. Mr. Oh, Jeff, and Craig were very patient, while we made final color selection. Price was not our lowest bid, but very fair and competitive. Mr. James Lee’s confidence, professionalism, and references greatly influenced our decision.
Very neat and meticulous. Very careful not to drip paint everywhere, especially our newly installed windows. Painters very polite, kept noise down, and worked non-stop, only to take a very brief lunch. Careful not to disturb neighbors, and no damage to neighbor’s property. We will definitely use House Painting for our future projects, and have already recommended House Painting to our friends and relatives.
