James arrived promptly to give us a quote. He brought proof of licensing, insurance and reviews with him as well as photos of other jobs. He had his crew of three arrive the next day. They totally masked off everything, moved the furniture and put test areas on the wall. They worked with my elderly mother to make sure she was agreeing to everything. It took a total of three days.
