I haven’t worked with many painting companies but Jame’s service definitely met my expectations. He answers his phone right away and address all my issues. He clearly explains the painting process and explains what to expect.
Pro:
– transparency and clarity on the product used and communicated painting process
– available to start project within a few days
– flexible and willing to work with my schedule
– painters are all super friendly. It is rare to have all workers greet you in the mornings when they show up. We had 3 interior painters and 3 for exterior (different teams) and all 6 people were great.
– They clean up at the end of everyday and stored everything to the side. This was helpful because we lived in the house while the painting was going on.
Con:
– the only thing I wish was different would be for the interior painters to be more meticulous. They missed painting molding in the closet under my stairs and a strip of wall that was next to a cabinet. However, once I pointed it out, the painters jumped on it right away and made sure I was completely satisfied. Ideally I would like to not have to double check their work. Hence, 1 star deduction.
