Painted the exterior of our 5,600 square foot  Craftsman Home.

The workmen were very reliable and showed up on time every day. This job took almost 3 weeks to complete and they were great about communicating with us during the job. They were very careful not to destroy plants around the house as well as kept our windows covered so no paint spray got on them, even in high winds! Our house was all shingles and a very detailed paint job was required. We were very happy with their work and professional attitude.

House Painters Inc painted the exterior of our home. The crew sanded and primered all the trim including 20 windows, repaired damaged rain gutters, repaired stucco damage, properly sanded very worn wood. Caulked all area where needed. Properly covered and moved all patio furniture and plants. Once they were done, they put everything back and cleaned up the entire area. It was spotless.

House Painting Inc just completed painting the exterior of our house. They did a fantastic job. The house looks great and we couldn’t be happier. The crew  assigned to our house were very nice, polite, respectful, professional and showed up on time every day. They were very patient when we couldn’t decide on the color and even gave numerous test options (large ones so we could really see what it would look like). The crew even did some work we weren’t expecting, that was a huge added bonus. We would definitely use House Painters Inc. again and have already suggested them to friends and coworkers. Super nice and accommodating people to do business !

We couldn’t be happier with the work done. James responded promptly to our request for an estimate, and provided a quote on the spot. We were also having our wood floors refinished and James accomodated the coordination of schedules with the flooring contractor. The painting crew was very professional. They carefully covered the newly finished hardwood floors and masked all non-painted surfaces. The quality of the work is outstanding. The crew arrived each day on-time, and cleaned up their work area before they left. I will be using House Painting, Inc. again for the exterior work next. These guys are great, and I highly recommend them.

We recently renovated our garage with new dry wall and a new epoxy floor. Mr. Lee’s crew prepped and painted the new drywall, covered the floor so not a drop fell on it. Which was extremely important to us. They also painted the exterior of the garage and a new side door.

Painting the interior and woodwork of a 1900 square foot condominium, including a high stairwell along with removal of wallpaper in 2 bathrooms prior to painting.

James was very timely in meeting to give the bid. His 3 painters showed up exactly as planned on the 4 days of the job. Scott, Lee and Dee did an excellent job of painting the walls and woodwork of a large condo, and in removing wallpaper from 2 bathrooms prior to painting. I thought the cost was fair for the quality of the work done and the excellent clean-up. The painters took it upon themselves to paint the ceilings in the 2 of the bathrooms and in the kitchen because they looked “dirty” next to the new paint and did so without extra charge. I was completely satisfied.

Painted interior of Duplex apartments and main house. Duplex’s were extremely dirty and needed lots of prep. The prep work was done flawlessly and the painters went above and beyond with regard to painting wood paneling and patching cracks.
