Description Of Work:

Crew painted my entire two-story townhome, including closets. House is difficult to paint, since it has both cathedral ceilings and an awkwardly placed skylight on the stairwell.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. It took 5 days for them to finish, and they did it all on time. The quality was outstanding. I had a great deal of residual damage left from the 1994 earthquake, including cracks in the wall, and these painters did a superb job of repairing it all. My experience with House Painting Inc. is one of the few completely satisfactory ones I’ve had with service providers over the past few years. I highly recommend them.

Painted 2200 sq foot interior house (not including kitchen and master bathroom). Approx 7-8 rooms incl. staircase and hallways. Cost was labor only. I provided and paid for my own paint.

James the owner returned my call and came over same day for quote. Two guys started work 2 days later, and were finished 6 days after starting. Very nice people. They moved furniture, removed wall fixtures, covered and masked everything well before painting, and cleaned up after. Very good quality job. Good experience. I thought it expensive, but you can only get 2 out of ”good, fast, cheap.” My wallet hurt, but I needed the work done fast, and this company delivered everything I asked for.

THEY REMOVED THE OLD WALLPAPER IN MY BREAKFAST ROOM, AND KITCHEN, THEN PAINTED THE WALLS, AND TRIM.

I CALLED THEM ON FRIDAY MORNING. THEY RETURNED THE CALL FRIDAY AFTERNOON, AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT EVENING. THE GENTLEMAN GAVE ME THE QUOTE, WHICH WAS VERY REASONABLE, AND I ACCEPTED. HE SAID THEY HAD A CREW AVAILABLE THE NEXT DAY. THE TWO PAINTERS ARRIVED PROMPTLY AT 8:30 SATURDAY MORNING, AND LEFT AT 4:30 AS PROMISED. THE JOB WAS DONE PERFECTLY, AND I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER. I WISH EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE WORKED THIS EASILY!

TWO PEOPLE CAME AND DID THE EXTERIOR PAINTING. TOOK THEM 3 DAYS. DID A GREAT JOB. TOOK THEIR TIME TO MAKE THE HOUSE LOOK GREAT. TALKED TO MY MOM AND DAD, EXPLAINED THE OUTCOME AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE AND WHY.

THE TWO MEN WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. WERE VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE OUTCOME WAS AMAZING!

Description Of Work:

Prep, incl. power wash, scraping, and excavate. Filled defects, minor stucco repair and caulking of gaps. Primer and Paint (2 Coats). House & Trim, Handrails, Patio, and Wood all expertly prepped and returned to original condition. Exellent Work, and would highly recommend..!! This is for real, they were questionable with that name “House Painting Inc.”. But they are the real thing and great value for the money….no B.S.!!

Started as quick as his quote. He kept us informed, communicated well and dedicated themselves to finishing the house painting on time and within normal reasonable time frame.

Mr. Lee came the same day we called and thoroughly inspected the job. He gave us an estimate before he left, and a start time, and the length of the job.

On the job, the workers showed up when they said they would, were fast, excellent and very kind and respectful to my mother. The job was supposed to take 5 days, they were done in 4. They scrapped, puttied, caulked, and prepped for the 1st 2 days, then painted the second 2. Beautiful job. My mother was delighted. We would hire them again any time. Can’t speak highly enough about them.
