I had a very good experience with House Painting Inc. I was able to setup an
appointment with Mr. Lee within a day, their receptionist is very patient and
cordial. Mr. Lee gave a fair assessment of the job and provided a price quote the same day. When I decided to go with them on a Thursday, initially they penciled me in for a week out to start, but Mr. Lee called me Friday evening and said they had a crew that could start the next day, on a Saturday AM. This was great as it worked out with my schedule. Nam and Armando did a great job meticulously painting the entire unit over the next 5 days, which included filling cracks and other drywall repairs on the high ceilings. This was a rental unit, so it was a little beat up. I also needed to get the front door painted for which they color-matched with a water-oil hybrid paint. They also finished on-time, and patiently addressed my concerns throughout the process. Perhaps the only downside (if any) in working with this company is that they strongly favor Dunn Edwards, and Suprema paint to be exact, so if you are looking to use another brand it may not be possible.
