We are repeat customers of this outstanding company. When Mr. Lee arrives to give you an estimate he arrives fully prepared with copies of his insurance, and addresses in the neighborhood where he has painted so you can actually go and see the quality of the work his company performs. He walks through the job with you asking appropriate questions and answers any questions you may have. He e-mailed an estimate to us within a few hours of being on the job site with everything spelled out so there would be no question about the work they were agreeing to perform.
We were able to start the project in a very timely fashion. Andrew and his crew arrived at precisely the time they said they would arrive (8:30 a.m.). Each day he knocked at the front door to let me know they were here and beginning work. He also knocked to let me know when they were leaving for the day (4:30 p.m.) One of the things that has consistently impressed me about this company is the amount of time they spend doing the prep work. Excellent prep work=an excellent and long-lasting paint job. They trimmed trees where necessary and even removed and replaced a fascia board that had extensive damage and did very careful fill work as necessary–all with no addition to the originally quoted price. Andrew also made excellent suggestions to deal with issues that came up ended up saved us money.
Because this was such a big job it extended over several days. They accommodated my schedule and let me know ahead of time when they would need to have exterior doors open for the paint to dry.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. You’ll walk away a very satisfied customer if you work with this excellent company! When we’re ready to do some interior painting there’s no question that this is the company we will call.
