It was a great experience. I had confidence that the job would go well based on previous reviews for this company. James Lee was very personable and explained everything. Provided numerous references from happy customers. Could see that he was proud of his work and company, and wanted to make the customer happy. Quick responses on questions and quotes, and matched a competitor’s estimate. Mr. Shin and his crew were very professional, courteous, and conscientious to be clean with their work. Mr. Shin explained everything very well, and showed and explained various phases of the job. He and his crew took pride in their work; they did an excellent job, as though they were painting their own house. He made sure that I was satisfied with the job before payment. Their attention to detail was superb. Our house looks like new. James, Mr. Shin, and his crew are the best. Worth every $$ spent. Hire them, you will be very pleased. They truly want the customer to be happy with the job and will go above and beyond to make it happen. Kudos, you guys are the best, thank you!
