I am so very happy with the work that House Painting Inc has done.  Mr. James Lee’s quote was competitve with the other 2 quotes I received but his quote was by far the most thorough and well prepared.  Mr. Lee also provided us with a big binder of photos and references of work that his Company had done.  The crew that came out (Song and Mr. Kim) to do the work was excellent – they kept us informed of how the job was proceeding and were excellent every step of the way.  They worked hard in the 100 degree heat, were very meticulous, and polite/friendly.  Our home is older and I was very pleased how much prep work was done to scrape, repair, prime, etc.  The end result was better than I expected.  I will definitely use this Company again and highly receommend them!
