I had to write this review, the process took a little longer than I had hoped however, our winter rain pushed my house back a few weeks. They just finished yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased with their level of work, the guys that did the job were terrific to work with, on time, kept everything clean at the end of the day and very detailed with their work. I will tell you I can be a very difficult person as I used to do this type of work myself and have an eye for details. We just finished a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, new exterior gates and landscaping. I was anxious to finish the exterior and I’m REALLY happy with the results! As soon as I finish this review, I’m calling them to repaint the living room, dining room and hallway!!! Woohoo!!!

This company is top notch!  They painted our interior (the entire home), and were so professional.  Besides being on time and diligent, there was not a spec of paint on the floor or anywhere else.  They do a lot of prep work for covering.  Not to mention they are friendly and didn’t mind a few changes.  One year later, they painted the exterior of our home, and the work was just as professional.  Looks beautiful!  They also fit us in when they had a busy schedule.  I highly recommend James Lee House Painting and his team!

The job done was superb!  The exterior of our home was in need of a lot of TLC.  The team prepared the house, Sanded, Sealed, fixed stucco, Used Primer on sanded wood, and many coats of great paint.  Our 2 story house is now the best on the block.  They were at the house early and cleaned up everyday for 4 days.  They taped or covered everything not to be painted. No excess spray anywhere.  Trim was professionally applied.  They said this should last at least 10 years.  Thanks guys!

We’ve hired lots of people to paint our house over the years.  James Lee’s crew was the nicest, most professional group i’ve eer experienced and they did a magnificent job.  They also called to tell us they would come out and do touchup work a few months after the job.  Which they did – not from anything they left undone, but because we had some people refinish our kitchen cabinets after the paint job and they messed up some of the paint.  Even though it wasn’t their responsibility, they came out and touched it up anyway.  amazing in this day and age.  highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work.  oh and their prices are competitive too.

Mr. Lee’s crew recently finished painting the duplex that our family owns.  Mr. Lee himself came out to view the property and to prepare the estimate.  We obtained three bids for the work and Mr. Lee’s bid was tied for the lowest cost. It was the long list of happy customers coupled with the excellent follow-up that convinced us to move forward with James Lee and Housepainting Inc.  We are extremely happy that we did!  Before the job started we needed to complete other outside work.  Mr. Lee’s office called regularly to check in with us to see when we would be ready to schedule so that they would be ready when we were.

The workers assigned to our job were professional, hard-working and did an excellent job.  As we all know, with painting good preparation is critical.  The woodwork on this property was in terrible condition — peeling, curled, etc.  The stucco needed patching in many areas and it was done by the painters in a way that does not appear to be patched.  There were areas where repairs were needed to the corner of the building where wood trim was removed.  The lead painter was able to fashion and fit the appropriate replacement trim so that the painting could continue without having to call in a carpenter.  Sanding was properly done so that the new paint was smooth to appearance on all trim.  The lead painter also provided excellent advice when needed.   Both he and his assistant worked each day stopping only for lunch and required short breaks.

The finished product is just as we had hoped and  the process was a most pleasant one.  We wholeheartedly recommend James Lee House Painting and will use them again.
