Just had my house exterior painted this previous week by Song and his crew.  They did an outstanding job, this house had not been painted in 20 + years and the results were spectacular, people walking by the house comment on how beautiful it looks.  They did 3+ days of prep, sanding all wood areas, metal rails and a gate.  They were very good at cleanup as well, at the end of each day they vacuumed and kept the area uncluttered and protected plants.  Friendly and hard working.  In addition, did a walk through of the entire project for any areas to address.  I absolutely would use them again, their price was in line with 2 other bids I got but to me the prep work is over half the battle where they excel.

James Lee House Painting is the best. PERIOD.  If I could give this business 10 stars I would.  My review is a few months late (sorry guys), but better late than never!  Where to begin!!!! So much to type 🙂

My hubbs and I contacted many contractors about painting the outside of our home and fixing the wood trim around the house.  Also, our house had those protruding old fashion windows (that holds many plants) that we took off which left holes in the bricks.  Sounds scary… Yes! It looked scary as well! Any way, the quotes we were getting were outrageous.  I am talking 20 thousand and over!! All we really needed was a good exterior painting!! So, I searched endlessly on yelp for an awesome exterior painting company and I came across James Lee.  I definitely thought he was too good to be true!!  He is not people!! He is real!!!

James came to our house with his license, pictures of homes he had painted, and letters from happy customers.  I could not believe how professional this gentleman was!  Just a very honest, kind, and hard-working man.  You could really tell he takes pride in what he does.  So, he looked at the house and gave us an honest quote.  We hired him immediately!! His guys came out and prepped a lot the first few days and then painted!! His men were the BEST! So organized, respectful, and clean!  They did the best job ever!!! I really do not feel comfortable posting pictures of my house, but trust me people… What they did was amazing!!

I wish I had met James before we moved into our home so I could have used him for my interior painting as well! I will definitely be using James’ service again and would recommend this company to anyone.  They are truly that good.  DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE.  You will only be sorry if you do not use this company!!!

Mr. Lee and his staff, especially Mr. Shin, are tops in my book. Their estimate blew others right out of the water. Great price and great, professional work. No nonsense and very attentive to detail. Customer service is their #1 priority.  Can’t be beat
