Prepped and painted Exterior, detached garage, and original kitchen of a 90 year old house.

My house was in bad shape.  I wish I could attach pictures.  I got several estimates to paint the whole thing, including the detached garage.  House Painting Inc. was not the cheapest, but I immediately had a good feeling about Mr. Lee, the owner, and his proposal was by far the most detailed and professional.  Also the photos of the finished work were seriously impressive. So I hired them.

Best decision about any contractor I’ve ever made.  The outcome is spectacular.

Mr. Song and David showed up 30 minutes early on the first day and got to work.  Mr. Song walked around the property and pointed out what he’d be doing exactly, and asked my preferences for some things.  It was then that I realized how much work was ahead. As I said, my house is 90 years old, with all the original sills and woodwork.  And I have a total of 36 windows.
