James Lee’s paint crew just finished painting the eaves and fascia boards on my house, and I couldn’t be happier. My house looks great! James came out and gave a fair estimate within a day of contacting him.  Abraham and his co-worker (sorry that I don’t know his name) did an excellent job. They took great care in prepping, sanding, scraping and painting.  They take pride in their work and it shows. They were hard working, friendly, courteous, and respectful of my property. Usually I watch guys working on my house (once bitten, twice shy), but I felt so comfortable with these guys that I didn’t have to.  They clean up at the end of each day, and when the job is over – you would never have known that they were there as everything is clean and in its place.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a painter.

We used James Lee’s company to paint the outside woodwork on our home in April 2016.
The crew was on time every day and communicated with every step during the process.

I’m so glad that I chose James Lee and his associates to paint the exterior of my house. I was going to do the “correct” thing and get three bids, but after I met James, discussed what I was looking for, viewed his very impressive portfolio of projects, and perused his detailed written bid, I knew that I was in good hands and jumped directly into booking. Our initial meeting was Saturday, the crew started work the following Monday, and by that next Saturday the job was finished— and beautifully.

There were areas of the house where the stucco had to be patched extensively, and some of the wood around the windows also required a lot of attention. I was actually kind of embarrassed about how shabby I’d allowed things to become, but the crew made everything look new again. I’m thrilled!

I believe that James’ pricing is fair and reasonable. I don’t know whether I could have gotten my house painted at a cheaper price— and I don’t care. When the time comes to paint my interior, I will hire James again.
