I hired this provider to: fully paint two rooms and a two-story stairwell, including baseboards; paint one accent wall of another room; and touch up the cabinetry and baseboards in a master bathroom. The two-man crew arrived on time every day, cleaned up so well each day that I couldn’t even tell they’d been painting in the house, and finished one full day earlier than estimated.

The painting crew did an excellent job! They were on-time every morning (starting when it was convenient with my schedule). They looked and acted professionally, fully cleaned up everything every day, worked efficiently, and finished one full day ahead of schedule. They left the extra paint in every color they used for touch-ups in the future. Mr. Lee called me the day after the crew finished the job to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work performed. Overall, it was the best experience I’ve ever had with painters in my 26 years as a homeowner (and I’ve had two major renovation projects, both involving painting crews). I highly recommend this provider and intend to use House Painting, Inc. again soon for exterior painting work.

I needed the interior of my old house painted before selling it. The walls were very dirty and had not been painted in nearly twenty years. My house crown molding thoughout and has 28 windows, most of them multipaned. That is a lot of tedious detail work.

Mr. Lee’s team, a husband and wife and another man, showed up everyday at the same time. The were extremely professional and efficient. They taped and papered the flooring in the whole house in one day before beginning sanding and cleaning. They worked quietly, which I really appreciated. My kitchen cabinets were not part of the job as they have vinyl fronts. I was worried they would look dirty and dull in my freshly painted kitchen. But to my surprise, the painters washed them for me. That was a lot of extra work they did not need to do. I am very happy with the beautiful finished interior. A+++

Just had them do our exterior in mid-October. James had come by to assess
and give an estimate. He was friendly and professional, and explained everything
fully. Johnny and Pak did the work – two guys over 5 days. They were EXCELLENT. Polite and professional. They worked very quietly, and kept the property clean even WHILE they were working, not just cleaning up at the end. We love the job they did. Great attention to detail – they covered and cleanly outlined all our non-painted decorative trim. They did the windowsills a separate color. The edges all look great, and clean and straight. I’m very happy I went with this company. It was painless, and the results are better than we wanted.

Deck Maintenance Painting – Exterior Pressure Washing Stucco

power wash (2 times) deck and applied sealer

Mr. James Lee came and gave his quote on the spot. He showed his license, insurance etc and letters of recommendation from a variety of customers, including some in the neighborhood. He was punctual, courteous and efficient. His quote was not the lowest, but he was willing to paint the whole house, which some other companies were hesitant to do, probably because of the possible need for scaffolding in some areas. The crew that came aimed to please and did many extra things for that to be the case. For example, the company hired and paid for the cost of scaffolding after the first unexpectedly windy day and did not pass that $500 extra cost on to us. Also our hardwood IPE deck did not look quite right to me after they had washed and sealed it, so they took off the sealer, power washed the deck again and sealed it again so that I would be satisfied. They also painted the stucco wall on the back of the home, which some other companies had proposed excluding.

All he work that House Painting Inc did was well done and the crew were cordial and proessional throughout. They obviously wanted to do good work and have us be satisfied. We are. We had a AAAA result. We think they are the best of the best and highly recommend them. They even came extra early two days so my husband could see the results of their work and talk with them before he had to go to work. They were flexible, punctual, skilled and always courteous. We are very happy with the results. Our house looks so much better than it did before. Thank you!
