Prep, prime, and paint exterior of two-story stucco house, all wood and previously-painted trim, and a short expanse of iron fencing and gate.

Mr. Lee responded nearly immediately by phone to my emailed request for an estimate, and came over to look at the job the same afternoon. His estimate was lower than others I had obtained. While Mr. Lee did not come back to the site while the work was being done, Mr. Choi and his crew arrived on time every day, did an excellent job of preparing the surfaces to be painted, protecting the landscaping and hardscape, and helping me choose colors. They were professional and courteous. The finished job looks fabulous, and I couldn’t be happier.
