Painted exterior of 4000 sq. ft. 2 story house including stucco, wood trim, metal gates, exterior property walls

They were very punctual for the initial estimate which was very reasonable compared to others we got.  Mr. Lee was informative and gave good tips.  The crew, headed by Andrew, was amazing.  They were very meticulous is the protection of our property  and careful in moving our things.  They worked in very cold weather and high wind without a hitch and were diligent in retrieving masking papers that had blown to our neighbors’ property.  The painting was first class with excellent preparation (sanding, priming, power washing, etc.)  They were careful to check with us every step of the way to insure colors were right.  They also did little extra things without charge like caulking our skylight while they were on the roof painting the chimney caps. They also stayed late to make sure they put everything back exactly as it was before they came.
