I had hired House Painting Inc. (Mr. James Lee) 4 years ago to repaint and
stucco patch my house, and was very pleased with the work, so I again chose
House Painting to do the touch-up of the new eaves wood (the result of eave replacement during re-roofing), and repaint the patio pergola. I later decided to have them return and repaint the lattice fence in the back yard. This company’s work is very professional; they pay close attention to detail and are careful with prep and clean-up. They are punctual and stay late to finish if the job is close to being completed, rather than extend it another day. Mr. Song (who was in charge of the painting crew for each job) is considerate of customer requests, answers all questions, and takes old-fashioned pride in his work. I would use them when future painting needs arise, although I believe their work on the exterior of my house will last many years. And yes, I would definitely recommend them.

It went really well. They started our job about a week after we accepted the
bid. We got two other bids and their bid was competitive. They were very detailed
with their estimate. Told us exactly what it included. The job took 2 weeks. The painters were professional, courteous, and punctual. They spent a lot of time doing prep work (cleaning and preparing surfaces..sanding etc). They were patient with us choosing the color. When the job was complete, our house looked great! We would use them again without a doubt. All was completed before El Nino…Thank Goodness!

House Painting painted the exterior of our house. From start to finish I was
highly impressed with Mr. Lee and his crew. Mr. Lee provided key information from
the start. I felt from the date of the estimate that this was the company to choose. Observing the extensive prep work they did showed me their work ethic was extremely high. And along with their stellar work, they were respectful and friendly. I trust them implicitly and will use only them for future jobs. It’s the best job our house has had in 38 years.

The crew was polite and very organized they painted the whole inside of the house in just a few days and the inside of the house now looks amazing. Were very happy we called this company they sure made us happy with the work they provided us. Maybe in the future we’ll call them again maybe to paint the outside of the house still discussing if we want to though.

Prepped, made some minor repairs and painted home and garage exterior, stucco fence and wooden patio trellis.
The crew was great! They were meticulous in the quality of their work. Each day they arrive on time. Unlike other contractors I have hired, while at my home they worked, no wasting time. They spent three days in prep alone and took the time to do a quality job. At the end of each day they cleaned up and they took away all trash. I can’t say enough great things about my experience.

Had my home and garage painted. The company and crew were very professional and patient with me as I needed time to choose colors. They did an excellent job and even painted some gates for no additional cost.
The job took about 5 days for a 1300 sq ft home and garage. They cleaned up afterwards and I couldn’t even tell they had been there. I would recommend this company to anyone. Even my neighbor who is a contractor was very impressed with the hard work they did.
