Their pricing was good, they came out with a good crew of people and did good follow up. They brought recommendations and permits and we felt they did a good job.

We couldn’t be happier with the work done. James responded promptly to our request for an estimate, and provided a quote on the spot. We were also having our wood floors refinished and James accomodated the coordination of schedules with the flooring contractor. The painting crew was very professional. They carefully covered the newly finished hardwood floors and masked all non-painted surfaces. The quality of the work is outstanding. The crew arrived each day on-time, and cleaned up their work area before they left. I will be using House Painting, Inc. again for the exterior work next. These guys are great, and I highly recommend them.

I had received 2 quotes to have my newly replastered living room area painted. I called House Painting last and the next day Mr. Lee came to my house and gave me a quote and a time frame which was almost half the previous quote and 2 days less in the time it would take. His crew was at my door the following morning on the dot. They covered whatever needed to be covered, removed whatever was on the walls and proceeded to prep the walls with primer. They verified the colors I had settled on and sent one of the crew to buy it so it would be ready the next morning., The next morning they arrived on time, painted the whole room, cleared and put the furniture back in placed and were done.
I can’t say enough good things about the job they did. Everyone who has dropped by the house has made a comment as to how nice it looks. Most important though, I am happy with the results and can recommend their services without hesitation.

Shin and his crew did a wonderful job on the exterior of the house. I was extremely impressed with Shin and his fine painting skills on the woodwork. Because of his attention to detail, I would like to know if he is available to do some painting on the interior. Mr. Nam and Carlos patched and painted the dining & living rooms (which are 2-story rooms), the den, hallway, bathroom, up the staircase, and the upstairs hallway. They painted the walls one color, the trim and bath a lighter shade of that color, and the ceilings an even lighter shade. It took almost 4 days to do
Within a few days of the estimate, the workers arrived on time, patched what needed to be, & covered the floors and banisters so there would be no drips. They worked around a new floor installation that my son and I were doing. They cleaned up each day.

Painted the entire interior of my 10-room, 7200 square foot building. This is a loft/photo studio, which includes a 24′ x 24′ photo cyc. While the ceiling is 15 feet high in many parts of the building, we only had the crew paint up to about 12 feet.
James came out to give the estimate and we scheduled the work for about a week later. A crew of four or five men came and they got to work masking & covering everything. It took five days to finish most of the job; we then discovered that some extra work needed to be done on the cyc before it could be painted. That was finished a few weeks later. I had to move the job dates several times and James was so kind and understanding about it. In fact, everyone on the crew was incredibly helpful and friendly. Working with James and his crew is a real pleasure! I think it was a fair price.

James Lee and his co-worker were GREAT. First they came to check out colors and when I had chosen a color that wasn’t going to look all that great, he advised me to two other colors that are just stunning. They had to remove very old wallpaper. AND they even had to help me build and put up trim around two large new windows. I just can’t tell you how beautifully done the job was. Fast, clean, so kind and courteous. I would hire them for any other jobs I have and recommend them to all!
