This is the 3rd time we’ve used House Painting Inc. and it’s been a great experience every time. First off they spent almost 2 days of prep time sanding and taking care of any rotted wood that was present. Then they power washed the whole house before they started to paint. All along the way they questioned us as to how we wanted things done to make sure it was done to our liking and that we were happy.
The team leader Andrew was a pleasure to work with and is a true pro at what he does. The guys on his crew were also personable and friendly. These are people that understand how to please their customers and truly take pride in there work. My wife and I have remodeled 3 homes in the last 2 years and this is one of the very best contractors we have worked with.
On this last job our new front door was late being installed and it wasn’t a problem for them. They returned a couple of days after they finished the house to paint the door without any additional cost. I can’t say enough about how happy we are to have found this company. A+++++++

Painted the exterior of our 5,600 square foot Craftsman Home.
The workmen were very reliable and showed up on time every day. This job took almost 3 weeks to complete and they were great about communicating with us during the job. They were very careful not to destroy plants around the house as well as kept our windows covered so no paint spray got on them, even in high winds! Our house was all shingles and a very detailed paint job was required. We were very happy with their work and professional attitude.

James arrived promptly to give us a quote. He brought proof of licensing, insurance and reviews with him as well as photos of other jobs. He had his crew of three arrive the next day. They totally masked off everything, moved the furniture and put test areas on the wall. They worked with my elderly mother to make sure she was agreeing to everything. It took a total of three days. They were prompt, professional and exceptionally clean, as well as courteous and friendly. They were sensitive to the age of the residents in the complex, as well as my mother, and tried to cause as little stress and disruption as possible. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Sanded, prepped and painted nearly the entire interior of our 1800 sq ft old home.
James and his crew painted nearly the entire interior of our home, which was built in 1940 and looked like it had not been painted in a very long time. They were clean and courteous, and did quality work. Everyone in the organization did what they said they’d do, whether that be arrive when they said they would or guarantee the work. In fact, because the house is so old, we had a minor problem with the paint on the door jambs, and true to his word, James came out and fixed it. When I called, he said, “Don’t worry. Like I told you, the work is guaranteed”. I felt an immediate sense of relief come over me. Because even though companies guarantee their work, they are always looking for loopholes to get out of their guarantees. Not James. He was honest. And I can see he takes his reputation seriously.

I used House Painting Inc. for exterior and interior painting.
I recommended them to my neighbors and friends. They have all gotten a good reviews. I have used them a couple of times. The first one was $3,500 for an exterior paint job on the house. Then, they did some interior painting for me it was around $1,500 or something right in that neighborhood. I know a lot about paint to when a good work is need to be done and what is not. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They did exactly what I asked them to. They used exactly the kind of paint I told them to. They were completely working like, they cleaned up the side afterwards. They had all the equipment they needed for a professional job. They had a good prep. They just did a good work. They did exactly what they said. So, the contracting side was good and the workmanship side was good. They are good company.

First of all, James Lee arrived at my home for the estimate appointment promptly and with all the information I needed to make a decision. He had copies of his liability and workers’ comp insurance and letters of recommendation, as well as photos, addresses and phone numbers of former clients. He had some suggestions regarding doing the job and saving me some money that the other companies had not made. He would be able to start the job very soon. Kim and Sal arrived on Monday morning promptly. They were friendly, professional and helpful and patient. Throughout the week-long process they were as considerate as possible, responsive to any concerns or suggestions I had. They listened to what I said about how I wanted the job done. They made constructive suggestions. They did all the prep work needed, discussed any problems with me so we could resolve them and cleaned up every day when they were done. It’s quite an ordeal, having your house disrupted for such a big job, but they certainly made it as easy as possible for me. Every room was completed beautifully and I am very happy with the job. I would definitely call them again.

Our home is a multi-level architectural house with vertical wood siding, built into a hill. It presents a logistical challenge that some other companies declined to attempt. We called on a Friday and James Lee, the House Painting Inc. owner, came the following day. He gave us a verbal estimate and followed-up with a detailed written estimate via e-mail an hour after he left. We booked the job the same day. Our House Paininting, Inc. crew, led by Andrew, was punctual, professional and left everything spotless at the end of each work day. They used top-of-the line Dunn-Edwards exterior paint and the house looks terrific. They actually completed the job early. Both the quality of the work and the crew’s work ethic exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be using them again We cannot recommend them highly enough! They deserve an A++++ rating!!

Exterior Painting on a 1320 sq ft house.
Excellent. Song, the foreman made sure all the complaints from my wife are taken care of before they left. He is so accommodating and always aims to please us. They also did some work where they did not charge us, such as covering the hole in the ceiling caused by leaky roof and a hole in the wall created by the plumbers. He also pressured wash my aluma cool patio without being asked. Song and Pedro just worked hard all day. I’ve never seen them take a break except for lunch.
The owner, James also made a very good presentation. This is my 4th exterior painting of this house and i’ve never experience so much attention to the preparation for painting. Before the work started, the wood siding has cracks while the stucco is peeling off.
On the 3rd day of preparation, two of my neighbors approach Song and asked for a business card of the co. I would gladly give them a high recommendation to anyone.
