They repainted the whole exterior of the house except the underside (the house is on a hill). It included the interior of the carport, fascia, wooden fence in the front, stucco walls, and 9 stilts that were badly peeling.
We purchased the house a year and a half ago and were told by the neighbors that the previous owners had just repainted before we moved in. That seemed ridiculous because all of the stilts were peeling, pieces of stucco were chipping off and it looked like there were patches of the wall that had just been touched up. We live on a hill so it was quite a challenge to get to the back side of the house. James came out to the site and gave us an estimate of how much it would cost if they used ladders to reach the higher parts. The crew arrived between 8:00 to 8:30 am and worked til 5pm every day. The job took the whole week. Every morning David, the painter onsite, would go through what they were doing for the day and checked to make sure it was clear what parts they were to paint. The underside of our house is bare wood so we had to go through and determine beam by beam what they were going to paint. It was actually really hard to make up our minds and he was working with us to determine what would look the best. They were extremely courteous prepping the house and patching every single last part of chipped stucco and water damaged wood slats. The house looks absolutely beautiful and we would highly recommend them to anyone!
