Paint the outside of my house all around.
The proposal was quickly delivered after I asked for it. Of the three providers I asked this was the lowest bid. They could start immediately. Unfortunately I had to wait 2 weeks since I discovered a birds nest. Once the birds had left the crew came out the following Monday. Two workers spend 6.5 days doing the work. Very methodical, very clean, always cleaning up at the end of the day and going beyond the call of duty moving things away from the house walls and helping make small repairs that really weren’t part of the scope of work. Very professional and just all around impressive work. I am VERY happy and have no hesitation recommending this company for this type of job.

Mr. Lee provided the estimate and was very thorough in his review of the needs to turn around my rental property. He noticed things that I did not and offered advice and recommendations regarding repair and color. The real gem in this company is Shin, the painter assigned to my project. He was so patient when it came time to pick colors, and made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. There was a lot of damage done to my walls from the previous tenant and Shin was meticulous about repair and re-texturing. I was not charged extra for this. His work was fantastic. Of all the painters I’ve used in the past on rentals and my own home, Shin is hands down the best.

James and the team at House Painting Inc. painted the exterior of my 1929 Spanish style home to perfection! The team was professional, respectful of my house and neighbors and completed the job on budget and on schedule. I’ve worked with several painters in the past and have never been as satisfied with the quality of the work and attention to detail as I have been with House Painting Inc. The customer service is also outstanding with prompt attention to estimate revisions and flexible scheduling. Above all this is James’ personal attention to his clients and their satisfaction. My home (being the older home that it is) had a painted driveway which we decided to paint again. James advised against this stating that the driveway would continue to peel (as it had previously done). I insisted on having the driveway painted and James told me that he would follow up with me in the spring (he painted my house in the fall) to ensure everything was still looking okay on the driveway and touch up as necessary. James is a man of his word and did call me to schedule an appointment for touch ups. This really impressed me since the necessary touch ups were not any fault of James’ work, but instead simply peeling that he warned me about but he touched it up free of charge 5 months later. This attention to detail and personal attention will make me a client of House Painting Inc. for many, many years to come and I will continue to refer them to all of my friends.

I subscribed to Angies List and obtained several estimates before I decided to hire House Painting Inc to paint my house, garage, and covered patio. James Lee was very professional, provided me with lists of references, certificates of insurance and licensing, etc. – provided all materials. The two men who completed the work were outstanding- and did an excellent job. They also do so many extra things for me that needed attention. My house looks beautiful and I would certainly recommend House Painting Inc to my friends. This was a very positive experience for me.

A team of three did an excellent job! They were very detail oriented, spent two full days preparing the surface of the wall, very professional, accommodating and efficient. The crew came on two occasions. First, the interior crew performed minor patching and paint touch ups inside the house. The following week a different (exterior) crew arrived to paint the trellis roof above our back deck.
House Painting did the entire interior of my son’s home last summer. They did a great job, so when I needed some work done, I called them and Mr. Lee came out to give me an estimate. The interior and exterior work was done on different days and by different crews. On both occasions, they arrived on time and after the crew leader consulted with me, they got right to work. They are quiet, no loud radio blaring. It’s so weird that I say this because I love music, but when it is blaring, I find it really annoying. The interior crew performed some minor patching that was caused by some previous electrical work, caulked some hairline cracks on the ceiling and a couple of walls and then painted. They also sanded and painted most of our baseboards where my mother’s walker has banged up against them. They did a really nice job and after they left, I noticed they had painted the window sills, too. The sills look so clean and bright. The next week the exterior crew arrived to sand and paint the trellis roof over the deck. Great job! Again, they went right to work and they worked in a quiet, industrious manner. They arrive on time, do the work one pays for and more. Their estimate for the time it will take, is right one. I will definitely use them again.

Exterior painting of a two story house complete with extensive prep work on the exterior walls as well as covering the 46 windows, trimming back plants and covering them. The prep work was as impressive as the painting itself. The knowledge and professionalism of the crew was obvious.
We were extremely satisfied with House Painting from the day James Lee came out to provide a quote through the last day of the painting. The prep work could not have been better, tending to the most minute detail. Each step was explained ahead of time, and we were continually asked for our approval before the crew moved on to the next step. The crew was very helpful and patient with our paint color decision-making process. The quality of the paint job was excellent, and the crew made multiple sweeps to check for the need for touch up. The yard was left very neat every night, and the crew went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, including doing various extra thoughtful things. They were so polite and respectful, that it was a pleasure to have them around. We were very happy with this company, will use them again when we are ready to paint the inside, and would highly recommend them to other people. What could have been a horrendous project was made simple and very pleasant for us.
