First of all I just want to say James Lee House painting did an extraordinary job painting our exterior ours houses! We called James based on his reviews and decided to give him a try. We requested a quote from James and he came out within an hour to look at our house! He was quick and friendly. We walked the property within 10 minutes and asked me what I would liked to be painted. Then he sat me down and showed me his photo book of the works he has done in the past! it was truly amazing.. He had older houses in worst condition that he made look completely restored. I was totally blown away.. He then showed me his License, Insurance, and all his referrals from many people that wrote to him along with all his rating that he got from BBB and Angies list. He sent me his quote within 30 minutes after looking at our property! The quote was a little pricey but you get the quality of workmanship you paid for.

We had 2 houses that needed to be painted within a week and we gave James a deadline not only they fulfilled the timeline, they did an amazing job! David Kim was leading the project for our houses. He showed me all the damaged areas around the wood trims due to water damages from years of rain and all the rotted wood that needed to be replaced. They sanded everything down and replaced all the rotted wood with no extra charge!! They also patched all the cracks on the stucco wall and wood fill any damage trim areas. It looked great! They did a really clean job at everything. They never left a mess towards their end of their day. David made sure everything was clean before he left the site.

It was day 3 into the painting job… and then we ran into TROUBLE. David noticed that the previous owner did a very bad job with our stucco wall on the backside of the house. They pressure washed the wall and crack our wall.. He told me he can either patch it back up or replace the whole wall and it wasn’t guarantee if we had time patch it back up, so we decided to remove the whole wall and had it replaced. We thought it would add extra time on the timeline but it did not. David removed and replace our wall within a day and re-stucco all the damage area! Amazing!! They finished everything within 4 days.. and left us with extra paint if we needed to touch up any areas.

Overall experience was great! I would recommend anyone that want a good paint job done.. to go to James Lee! Their team is amazing and friendly!
