We are so delighted to get HousePainting Co (James Lee House Painting) to do the job.  First, the price was tremendously reasonable.  I got 3 bids and those other companies were much higher as it was obvious they based their pricing by zip code.  James was so kind he even went lower than the original quoted price.
Andrew and his team (Sergio and Esteban) were terrific – very detailed and treated the job as if they are working on their own house.  I just felt that personal touch and attention to details.  They are friendly and exhibited a high level of professionalism.  Our home looks more beautiful and elegant.  Thanks to James Lee House Painting.  Without a doubt, I would strongly recommend them to my friends and will hire them again for my next project.

We had our exterior of our house painted by House Painting Inc. and we could not be any happier.  They showed up when they said they would, were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves as they worked, leaving the area cleaner than it was before they started.  They did an excellent job and fixed our house surface areas  including replacing a porch post and other minor carpentry issues to make the finish product outstanding. The were helpful in suggesting where our colors of choice should be used and it ended up perfect, we are constantly getting stopped by our neighbors who love the look and our pleased by their new view. Loved that the owner did a follow up call to make sure we had no issues and were happy with the job noting that he would send them back out for anything needed.  Would highly recommend House Painting Inc.  and when we need interior painting they will be the ones we call.

This was the best paint job ever.  My house looks like a Million bucks!  I can’t say enough good things about this contractor.  They did what they said they would do.  Finished on time, left the place clean every day at the end of work.
They no only repaired the stucco around the house but also made all the wood look like knew.  I would recommend James Lee to anyone.

Great follow up on making an appointment and estimate. They were easy to work with and reasonably priced for the level of service. And they took the time to walk through everything once the job was complete.
