I hired James Lee House Painting after having to fire my first painting contractor. His company is everything my initial contractor was not: professional, thorough, punctual, meticulous and efficient. After calling the office, I was able to schedule an appointment right away, and James arrived on time to assess the scope of the job. By the end of the same day, I had received the proposal, describing in detail what and how they would accomplish the job and the cost. His prices are very fair and his crew was excellent. Kim was the lead person on my job and he is just lovely. He is an expert painter and did a great job of communicating with me. They rectified what had been an unpleasant experience and turned the amateurish paint job left by the original contractor into perfection. I am 100% pleased with the job they did and recommend them unequivocally.

James Lee House Painting just completed painting the outside of our house. What a wonderful job done by Mr Yue and Manuel. They were prompt, courteous, kept us informed on everything they were doing, and very professional. Cleaned up the outside before leaving.
Now, our house looks like a “new house”.
The price was very fair, and without a doubt, the best paint job that I have ever had done.

We contracted House Painting to paint the exterior of our 2800 sq ft ranch. James was very professional in his quoting. He was not aggressive but rather he gave details on what he planned to do. I trusted him.
His team was prompt and professional. I thought they did a great job. They cleaned up after a day of work and were very courteous. I am very happy with the work they did.

Abraham and his assistant did a beautiful job painting the exterior of our house. They were professional, courteous, patient while we needed time to down-select to a color for our house. We highly recommend this company. Abraham gave us helpful suggestions for the color of a small portion of our house and we took his advice and are extremely happy with the results. Their price was fair and the service couldn’t be beat.

James Lee has been painting our two homes for 30 years. The work his crew does is pure perfection. They are net and clean and they prep everything. They even replaced wood where needed! We called James a couple of months before starting our project and when we let him know that we were ready, he was able to have his guys out within the week to start. They did a beautiful job inside our office and outside our entire house. They patched all the old stucco that was falling and cracking and now our 1960’s house looks almost brand new! The team at James Lee did a great job of painting the interior of our condo. We had very high ceilings in one of the rooms, cracks on the ceilings, chunks of wall that were missing, a tight budget and tighter schedule. They made it happen and with a professionalism and attention to detail we were very happy with.

I hired James Lee House Painting to prep and repaint two, small commercial buildings in Montebello in February 2016. James met me at the scheduled time and asked questions as we walked the property. At the conclusion of the walk, he showed me a portfolio of work the company had done, letters of recommendation and his certificates of insurance, all of which were appreciated. His two-man crew started a couple of weeks later – they were very thorough in their work and kept me apprised of what they planned on doing each of the four or five days they were on the job. At the conclusion of the job, the job foreman walked the property with me to make sure everything was satisfactory (it was). I would hire this company again!
