We used James Lee’s company to paint the outside woodwork on our home in April 2016.
The crew was on time every day and communicated with every step during the process.
We were extremely happy with them and highly recommend James’ company.

I have had James Lee’s company paint both the inside of my house and the outside. I will never use anyone else again. They did a perfect job, were super clean, and really cared about the result. The are the very best painters I have ever used. For the record, I am EXTREMELY picky, and I am a designer by trade. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Because I am so picky I typically do my own bedroom painting….but will never touch a paint brush again- not when I can use this terrific company.

I spoke with James to have the interior of my house painted. We have picture molding, but James gave us a reasonable quote with paint included. They’re fast and do a great job. I would highly recommend them!

I hired James Lee’s House Painting Inc. to paint the exterior of my house. The job was complicated due to beams along the perimeter and in the atrium that suffered from severe dry rot. After securing several quotes, I decided to go with House Painting due to their professional demeanor and competitive pricing. They finished the job today (ahead of schedule) and I couldn’t be happier. The prep work performed was top notch and the crew worked around some complicated landscaping issues. Every night before they left they showed me what had been accomplished during the day and cleaned up the work area. House Painting Inc. deserves the highest rating possible. This company is as good as it gets. Thank you!

I gave them a call, and they came to have a look at the house immediately. It just take them one day to complete the painting. They covered all the details; many I even did not see.

I contacted James Lee House Painting about a week ago about painting some walls in our home to prep it for sale. In just the past week: they gave us a thorough and fair estimate, promptly scheduled the job, and finished today! The painters did a wonderful job, went above and beyond consulting with me about colors, patching/painting a few unforeseen spots, moving furniture, and being conscientious about our needs with a young child in the house. Hopefully, this place will sell quickly and we’ll hire JLHP again to paint our new home very soon!

We used James Lee’s company to paint the outside of our home last summer and felt they did a terrific job. We have learned over many years of bad experiences that it is hard to find a good painter. We knew we had found one, finally! It’s all in the prep work and Abraham did extraordinary prep on the exterior of our home. We were very pleased with all aspects of the work.
In October we embarked on a large remodel/redecorate of our home. We finally got to the point this month where it was time to have the entire interior repainted. Everything, ceilings, walls, doors, trim etc. We have been working with a high end decorator who had recently lost faith in her painter and had no one to recommend. We called James Lee and once again his crew did a fantastic job. They were very good sports about the fact that the decorator had a 3 page chart and 21 different paint colors. They made no mistakes in spite of this complicated color scheme and the workmanship was excellent. They are also very pleasant and polite when they are working with you. We highly recommend this company and will use them for all our future needs.
We have had several bad experiences with painters in the past so we are always looking for a good painter needed. I am happy to say we have finally found someone. The most important part of the job is the prep work and James Lee House Painting was fabulous on prep. Even my very critical husband was impressed. The job they did was perfect, couldn’t find a single thing to fault them on. They are on time, polite, great with prep work and with painting and always leave your home clean when they leave. Highly recommend them.

Once we finally made the improvements needed to our house, Housepainting gave us a competitive quote. I was concerned about the 3 colors we wanted to use and making sure it would turn out like we had envisioned. Our house was built in 1927 and had tons of cracks and imperfections but that was not a problem for these guys. Andrew and the HousePainting team spent the first day and a half prepping and sanding the house to maximize the final look. I can’t say enough about the extra effort and professionalism these guys displayed. I have posted pictures before and after. Absolute recommendation.

I will try to keep this short. A couple weeks ago my wife and I decided to sell our house and move. We wanted to get the house looking fresh so we decided to have it painted. But we had to have it done quick. I found James Lee house painting on yelp. They were the highest rated so I called for an estimate. He came right out and walked us around the house. With in 45 min we had an estimate we were very comfortable with so we said when can you start and how long will it take. He said Wednesday and it will take a a week. So… They started on Wednesday and it was done in a week.
Not only was it done, but it was beautiful. Not only did they take the extra step in several different areas, they cleaned up every day and made sure that the inside of the house was dust free from all the sanding.
Our house was in rough shape and they did so much repair. Our window’s and exterior doors were all cracked and ugly. They patched and sanded everything. I really don’t know how they did what they did.
Ok this has gone on long enough. Put it this way. We got more than what we paid for. I really mean that.

Recently had the exterior of our house painted by James Lee House Painting and we were highly impressed. James himself showed up to do the estimate and brought a list a nearby homes he had painted as well as all of his insurance and licensing paperwork. All the workers were extremely professional and timely. At the end of every day the head worker lead me around the house to show their progress an let me know what would be happening the following day. There was quite a bit of stucco patching that was required and they took the time and did it all very thoroughly. They let us pick 3 different color samples and applied sample areas in a few different location on the house to really let us see what it was going to look like. Left everything very clean at the end of each day and left the house at the end cleaner than it was when they started. Can’t say enough good things. We will be using James for all out painting needs. Very reasonably priced as well.
