I used James and his crew several years ago to paint the trim on my house and to be honest I didn’t think they would be able to repair the wood before painting because it was in such bad shape. Not only were they able to repair the wood but when they were done it looked almost brand new! Needless to say when it was time to paint again, James was my first call. And of course, this job was done with the same quality as before.

The workers that Mr. Lee sent out were prompt, courteous and professional. They were very neat and left the house clean every day. They covered everywhere they worked with paper and plastic and didn’t leave a single bit of trash or evidence that they were here. The painter was very patient as I went through the process of choosing a color, he painted several samples for me in multiple rooms.
They were more expensive than other painters, but “you get what you pay for” with this company.

I am very happy with the quality of work James Lee House Painting delivers. They make sure they cover the areas surrounding what that they are painting and then clean after. This is the second time I have call for their service. James thank you to you and your crew members for a good job.

I can’t say enough nice things about the guy who comes to paint (Abraham) and his work quality. He is so meticulous and careful. He moves everything away from the side of the house and covers it. At the end of each day, he sweeps and leaves things looking nicer than when he came. And at the end of the job he checks each and every window to see if it will stick or open.
Just as important as how high quality the work was, Abraham is a kind and respectful guy. He was sweet to my dog who witnesses most of his work and my kids. I felt safe leaving the house open when I had to run errands.
Also, Abraham communicates a lot throughout the job (although English is not his native language so at first I struggled to understand him). He’s been painting for over 20 years so he had some good advice (like painting my shutters black on my garage).
If I were you, I would check that it is indeed Abraham who comes (since James Lee appears to just be the salesman and only shows up the as the estimator and person you can call if you are confused talking with Abraham).

In all the years I’ve owned my house I have painted it 4 times and this time was far the best paint job ever. The painters were wonderful, they acted with the utmost professionalism and did a meticulous job, they explained every minor detail of the process to me and made sure I was happy with every decision. They treated my property and plants with great care and made sure everything was put back in its original place.
I have had bad experiences with other painting contractors who would try to cut corners by having a mind set that if no one sees it, it doesn’t need to be painted. However it was not like that with House Painting Inc. they dismantled downspouts and hardware to paint the hard to reach places, they worked long hours trying to get the job done between rainy days, and made great suggestions about which areas should get the accent colors and which areas should get the primary colors. On top of all that they were all very pleasant and nice people with a sense of humor! I really had a great experience and would definitely call again when I am in need of painting and definitely highly recommend House Painting Inc

I highly recommend James Lee. One of the best decisions we’ve made regarding our house was to have James Lee do the exterior painting. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of his crew headed by Mr. Song. They were always on time always cleaned up at the end of the day in the preparation was outstanding not to mention the finished product. We are planning to paint the interior of our house soon and I will look for that further then to James Lee’s company.
My fiancé and I were very careful when selecting a company to paint our house. We didn’t mind the color of the house when we purchased it, so we weren’t in a rush to hire someone and wanted to pick someone we were comfortable with, someone who had great references, and someone who was priced right.
James Lee House Painting delivered on all 3 of our needs above! They were super fast, neat, professional, timely, and affordable. When I saw what a great job they did, we started adding more things to their scope of work, and they just raised their prices very slightly to accommodate our additional needs.

I don’t write reviews, but Mr. Lee and his painters are a good reason to start. My condo was painted by Tai and his wife. They were meticulous, careful, prompt, professional, reasonably priced and truly good at their work. I wish everyone took so much pride in their work. My thanks to Mr. Lee and to Tai and his wife.

I needed a paint job for the exterior of my house and called James Lee for an estimate. He came by the same day and gave me an estimate. My house was badly in need of an exterior paint job with some facial board repair, which James had his crew repair free of no charge. The crew were very friendly and always clean up after themselves everyday. They also took extra caution not to bother my next door neighor. In addition, they came on a Saturday to finish the job instead of waiting till Monday. They did a very good job on paintig my house and most impressively was texturing certain area of the house where there was a lot of damage, and made it blend in nicely with original texture. Thank you for the great work, more importantly, thank you for making my wife happy.

The crew from House Painting Inc did a fantastic job painting the outside of our house. They were courteous and thorough and cleaned up everyday before leaving the job site. The foreman took the time every day to walk me through what they did and explained what they would be doing the next day. They even threw in extras like restuccoing and painting the planters in the front and back yards. I would definetly recommend House Painting Inc to anyone who is looking for an excellent painting company.
