I can’t believe how good my house looks! The prep was superb. The painted
surfaces are so smooth. The trim is PERFECT. The crew arrived promptly each
morning and were courteous, and cheerful. They carefully protected all plants and surfaces–not a single splatter. They left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
James and his crew did a professional job in recently painting our home. His
crew showed up on time every day, cleaned up after themselves and put
everything back to where it belonged when the job was completed. There price was extremely competitive. I highly recommend this company!
Painting – Exterior
I hired James Lee House Painting after having to fire my first painting
contractor. His company is everything my initial contractor was not: professional,
thorough, punctual, meticulous and efficient. After calling the office, I was able to schedule an appointment right away, and James arrived on time to assess the scope of the job. By the end of the same day, I had received the proposal, describing in detail what and how they would accomplish the job and the cost. His prices are very fair and his crew was excellent. Kim was the lead person on my job and he is just lovely. He is an expert painter and did a great job of communicating with me. They rectified what had been an unpleasant experience and turned the amateurish paint job left by the original contractor into perfection. I am 100% pleased with the job they did and recommend them unequivocally.
Excellent. The owner of the business, Mr. Chu, was prompt in responding and
meeting our appointment and he provided a clear explanation of the job he would
be doing. His team showed up promptly at 8am every morning. They were courteous, professional and friendly. They worked hard and cleaned up every day. The work that they did was outstanding.

about 5 months since it was done and still look good. The service was great and

We were happy each time. The office kept in touch with us and the crews
came on time, worked hard, did a good job, and they cleaned up at the end of the
day. Since we are living in the house while they worked, I was also impressed that they tried to be considerate and courteous of our living and working from home while doing the job and doing it well.
We are so happy with the performance of the House Painting, Inc. team. They
did an amazing job. Our home looks pristine. Just beautiful. Following the
outstanding introductory meeting I had with owner James Lee, who was extremely thorough and provided references, insurance info, license numbers, and photographs of prior work, we decided to select House Painting, Inc. They were not the lowest price of the four bids we received, but I just felt that they would do a great job. And we were not disappointed. They said the job would take 10-14 days, and they finished in 11.5 days. The team of David Kim, Sebastian, and Donato were outstanding. They were on time (actually early) every day. They worked from 8:30 am to 5 pm daily with about 45 minutes for lunch. They were not only good at what they did, they really cared. They paid attention to every detail, and if something wasn’t right, they made it perfect. They used very high quality Dunn Edwards paint. I was most impressed that they devoted almost 7 days to prep work and priming. My wife and I are so happy that we will likely call House Painting, Inc. to paint the interior of our home in the near future. The painters arrived on time each day between 8/8.30am. The first day, the
prep’d all the rooms and painted all walls/rooms except the feature wall in the
spare room. All painting was completed by lunch time the following day. All painting looks great. The job was performed professionally and carefully.
Painting – Interior
I’ve used House Painting Inc. several times over the years. This last work was
very important to me. The team included Sandy, her husband and her brother.
They arrived right on time and promptly got to work. They spent most of the first day prepping: filling in nail holes, patching and sanding hairline cracks in the crown moulding, repairing a section of baseboard where a previous workman had gouged performing some electrical work. The next three days they painted the trim ( a lot of windows), the ceilings and the walls. They returned on Friday to replace all switchplates, cabinet handles, touch ups, etc. They had to unplug two television sets that are hooked up to cable and one of them is connected to a Bose sound system. I don’t know how they did it, but they reconnected everything and made sure it worked before they left. They are quiet, ( no loud radios) hard working and very clean. No mess anywhere. I really enjoyed having them here. I will definitely use them again.
