Painted the exterior of my home including all trim and patio cover.
I was really impressed by this company. James came out about a day after my initial call and gave me an estimate on the spot. No nonsense. Direct and straightforward. He wasn’t too warm and fuzzy so I wasn’t sure how I’d do with his crew, but I was not disappointed. They spent most of 6 six days prepping, sanding, washing, painting and cleaning up. At the end of each day you wouldn’t even know they were there. We had Andrew and his crew and I loved them. Non-intrusive, professional, showed up every day on time, asked for my input when needed and left me alone (I work at home) when not. Even though they did a little extra work for me (like painting my garage door to match the trim) they didn’t charge me any more than was quoted. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

FABULOUS! The most professional service company I’ve ever dealt with. They were detail-oriented and did a top-quality job. Description Of Work:
We needed the wood siding on the exterior painted since it had been peeling off for a couple years as a result of a poor former paint job.
Mr. Lee was very polite when providing an estimate and gave us no pressure to sign him up. He brought a great book of references from past jobs. The crew showed up on time every day and did a fantastic job. We were particularly impressed with the fact that no paint was spilled or splatter on the ground or any plants. In addition the crew went beyond the original request and painted additional areas at no extra charge. We would definitely recommend House Painting Inc.

James Lee’s crew did an excellent job! They were on time, diligent, cleaned up every day and got the work done quicker than they estimated. They came highly recommended, and I can see why. They were more expensive than my other bids, but they were worth it for the peace of mind and the meticulous work.

They did exterior paint. amazing, amazing amazing! Can’t say enough good things about them!!!! Would highly recommend them to everyone. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they were extremely professional and caring. Hands down. Trust me, you want these guys doing your paint job. Chin ( hope I spelled his name right) went above and beyond and was so patient with me while picking my paint colors. He went out of his way to get extra samples of colors after he saw that I was second guessing my original color. The attention to detail was outstanding!

It went fantastic. The painting crew was hard working, thorough, polite courteous and very professional. We are extremely private people but after meeting with the crew and seeing their work for a day we entrusted the key to our condo to them. Prepped and painted Exterior, detached garage, and original kitchen of a 90 year old house.
My house was in bad shape. I wish I could attach pictures. I got several estimates to paint the whole thing, including the detached garage. House Painting Inc. was not the cheapest, but I immediately had a good feeling about Mr. Lee, the owner, and his proposal was by far the most detailed and professional. Also the photos of the finished work were seriously impressive. So I hired them.
Best decision about any contractor I’ve ever made. The outcome is spectacular.
Mr. Song and David showed up 30 minutes early on the first day and got to work. Mr. Song walked around the property and pointed out what he’d be doing exactly, and asked my preferences for some things. It was then that I realized how much work was ahead. As I said, my house is 90 years old, with all the original sills and woodwork. And I have a total of 36 windows.

Painted the entire exterior of our home.
We had a great experience. James and his team were always punctual, very professional and the quality of the job was wonderful. They went out of their way to please my husband and I, got several different paint options when we weren’t happy with our initial color choice and finished the job promptly. Would absolutely use them in the future and recommend. They were slightly higher priced than some other providers but we were very pleased with the results.
