Abraham and his crew was very punctual to start doing the prep work before the painting begins. I really liked their attention to details while preparing the surfaces. James came out to give me the quote and provided pages of referrals from his previous customers allowing me to check out his work before accepting his service. I plan to use them for my personal house in the near future. I would highly recommend them for your painting needs.

Contacted James in December for painting the interior and exterior of my home. Due to the rainy weather, I held off on the exterior and took on the interior myself. However, a very nice young lady was persistent in contacting me about every 4-6 weeks for the job. Once the weather warmed up I agreed to start the exterior. While the James’ estimate wasn’t the cheapest, his positive reviews urged me to proceed with his company.
After about 6 days of work the crew working for James:
-Patched and repaired stucco
-Cleaned eaves and walls
-Primed all wood
-Painted all the stucco and trim
-Painted my wood pergola
-Painted my doors
Everything was done in an excellent manner!
All the while the crew maintained a neat and clean exterior throughout all the work.
I would highly recommend James Lee house painting!

I had to write this review, the process took a little longer than I had hoped however, our winter rain pushed my house back a few weeks. They just finished yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased with their level of work, the guys that did the job were terrific to work with, on time, kept everything clean at the end of the day and very detailed with their work. I will tell you I can be a very difficult person as I used to do this type of work myself and have an eye for details. We just finished a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, new exterior gates and landscaping. I was anxious to finish the exterior and I’m REALLY happy with the results! As soon as I finish this review, I’m calling them to repaint the living room, dining room and hallway!!! Woohoo!!!

Awesome crew, very helpful and professional. Great clean up afterwards as well. The paint came out wonderful. You can’t go wrong with this company.

James Lee’s House Painting did the exterior of our home. We were totally satisfied with their work. His crew were highly professional, patient and courteous. I would absolutely use them again.

Just had my house exterior painted this previous week by Song and his crew. They did an outstanding job, this house had not been painted in 20 + years and the results were spectacular, people walking by the house comment on how beautiful it looks. They did 3+ days of prep, sanding all wood areas, metal rails and a gate. They were very good at cleanup as well, at the end of each day they vacuumed and kept the area uncluttered and protected plants. Friendly and hard working. In addition, did a walk through of the entire project for any areas to address. I absolutely would use them again, their price was in line with 2 other bids I got but to me the prep work is over half the battle where they excel.

I have used House Painting, Inc. for years. Just this month I had the entire interior of my townhouse painted. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of this company. James Lee makes sure that every detail is addressed, from the prep work to the final touches. HIs prices are competitive, and his employees are top-notch. I will never use another painting company!

We’ve had James Lee’s crew paint both the exterior of the house and a good portion of the interior. The crew was careful and professional, the price was fair and we were happy with the end results. I’d recommend

Other than a bit pricey, the boss is very quick in responding to inquiries. Trying to accomodate my need to finish earlier NOT by doing things faster (which may compromise the quality) but by starting and working thru weekend..
My wife is happy for the work, and I sold my soul to pay (kidding)
