Interior painting and necessary prep work:
-all surfaces clean w/ TSP as needed
-all loose paint removed with scraping/sanding
-any new holes, spots and cracks filled or patched
-all areas spot primed (as needed)
-masking tape, paint covers and drop cloths to be used to protect areas from paint splatters
-contractor furnish all labor, equipment and materials to prep, paint and finish job

From the initial call with Jame Lee to the last day of painting, we were 100% satisfied.  James Lee was able to come out the same day and give an estimate and provided appropriate license/insurance and references.  He took the time to go over with paint options since we had no clue on what paint or colors to use.
The crew was punctual and very professional.  They even came back a week later after I requested a touch up on the baseboards after the carpets were changed and exposed the old paint.
I will definitely use the company for future paint jobs.
