James Lee and his workers did an excellent job. They were courteous and neat. They were also patient with us as we had them paint small sections of the house, trim, garden wall and deck with several colors before making our final decision. I had two estimates from top rated painters. James’ estimate was half the other one.

Painting – Exterior

The job was to paint the exterior of a 1,700 square foot single story stucco home with detached garage built in the 1920’s. I have 23 windows with metal bars and five entrances with both wooden and metal security doors. It is a very detailed fussy place to paint.

Mr. Lee’s team, led by Andrew, were utterly professional and paid attention to every detail. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up after themselves when they left. The home was pressure washed, primed, sanded as necessary and prepped very well. The job took a little longer than anticipated due to some unique structural elements of the home (with the bars it was difficult to paint the windows quickly). But through it all Andrew and team moved quickly despite a heat wave. When they finished, the house looked amazing. I would use them again and suggest them to anyone without hesitation.
