They painted the interior walls of a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo including living room, kitchen/dining area, 7 interior doors, the face of cabinets and inside closets. They removed some window blinds & related hardware, one small strip of wallpaper in a bathroom. Painted white on white/yellow.

Very good work. I called them 6 months prior for an estimate. Mr. Lee came out promptly and gave an estimate. Over the holidays I tried to get quotes from 6 “cheaper” painters. All gave me the runaround and never came out. When I called Housepainters back, they honored the original estimate and started work that Saturday. The only 2 quibbles I have is that they assumed they would work Sunday. My condo won’t allow that. I thought it unusual they would assume that. Maybe it is normal. Also, Mr. Lee did not call after the job to check in. But otherwise the walls and my baseboards look great, they charged what they said, cleaned everything up and were done early! Very professional.

I have a wood shingled house. House Painting sanded and scrubbed the surface of the shingles, prepped the window and doors. They also high pressure water prepped the house. They replaced broken shingles, repaired or replaced pieces of wood, around the house and walls. They painted the entire house including the windows, exterior doors, the back deck and front fence.

I am very pleased with the work they did. They showed up on time each day, everyone was very nice and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day and worked very quickly. The did an excellent job painting and helping me pick out colors and the correct paint/stain for the surface of my house. There were never any concerns or problems. I highly recommend James and House Painting.

Prepped, taped, painted a 2200 square foot house. Tough job as the house has several levels and many tough-to-reach places.

My call was returned at once and an appointment set for that day with James Lee. The work took 10 days, crew showed up promptly, and was very meticulous. James Lee stopped by to check up on things.

Andrew   and his crew prepped and painted the entire outside trim(fascia) of the house. They even painted around the garage door. They were immaculate in their work. The ground and shrubs were protected with cloths.

James Lee came to the house and gave a very reasonable estimate. He was extremely nice. There was a mix up and they were a couple of hours late from the scheduled appointment. They wanted to come the next day, but I had prior commitments. The workers who came to the house were friendly and efficient. The work was done in one day. I would highly recommend their services without hesitation. I would definitely use them again for future work

Exterior of my Spanish style house was prepped and painted. I had some growing vines on parts of the house that had to be taken down and sanded/torched. I also had my back wooden desk cleaned, treated and sealed.

The painting crew of three (father and two sons) were very respectful, clean and worked hard for nine days, absolutely great. There was an issue with scheduling when they did not show up on the day set, but I think it was the fault of the office girl calling but not leaving a message about the date setback. There was an accident with the Direct-TV line being cut when they tore down the vines on side of house, but luckily the Direct-TV guys were able to come the next day to repair. Overall, it took approximately 3 days to prep and powerwash the house, and 6 days to paint the walls and trim. Although the company usually use Dunn Edwards paint, they were very understanding and did not charge me extra when I insisted on a specific color from Benjamin Moore. Also, I was indecisive about my trim color but the crew was very patient and worked around that until I could tell them which color I liked! The House Painting crew did a great job!

They removed wallpaper in one room and painted every room in the house except one of the bathrooms that has wallpaper.

James Lee was terrific. He answered all my questions without me having to think what they were. He showed up when he said he would. He gave me a bid. We agreed they would start the very next week, and they did. Two men showed up on Monday. They were quick, efficient, very polite, and did an absolutely lovely job.

They did an exterior paint job on an 8 unit stucco bldg, including wood, fascia boards, gutters, downspouts, eaves, and car port. They prepared, cleaned all surfaces, cracks, holes, etc., then did high pressure water blasting of the entire bldg. Plastic covered all windows, and after preparing everything for the paint job, the painting really started. All this prep work took at least 3.5 days. Mr. Song was in charge of the crew and introduced me to his 2 member crew. Mr. Lee also appeared to make sure everything was in order on the first day.

The crew headed by Song arrived on time and aimed to please, from start to finish. The entire job took 9 days, and since I live on the premises, I could see what was going on. If I was unhappy about anything, they made it right. I invite anyone to come over and look at the bldg. It truly looks great, and I have had many compliments on it. They did not skimp on paint or anything. They just aimed to please. This appears to be Mr. Lee’s motto. The price was right. I can only give kudos for a job well done.

They painted our combined kitchen and living room (open plan). They sanded rough spots, repaired water damage, thoroughly prepped. When it came to painting, they were careful about doing a good job. They painted the walls, ceiling, baseboards, trim of the big window and the front door. They cleaned up and even helped move furniture back.

Andy and his helper were punctual, professional and quiet as mice. They masked off neatly, kept the dust to a minimum, and did a good paint job. They gave the same exact bid as Brothers Co. but they used two guys instead of one and so they were able to get it done in half the time, which they did. I was also pleasantly surprised that they worked through Labor Day weekend. I’d use them again for sure.
