Painting – Exterior

We were looking to have the exterior of our house painted and When I spoke with James ,who seems to be the owner of the company, I was in a rush to get an estimate to compare to the one I had recently gotten from another company. He was very accommodating and agreed to go have a look at our property that afternoon without our presence there. He promptly emailed me an estimate with a day or two. When the price came in a little higher than we had hoped-yet lower than the previous company, I asked him about a partial paint job. He did not recommend that due to matching etc… but did offer me a discount on the initial quote. I should mention that the approximate square footage of our home is @2600 and it is one story although has a very steep roof with a finished attic space so the house stands tall.
We went ahead with the job and couldn’t have been more pleased both with the process, prep and result. They arrived promptly as scheduled and Shin and his crew wrapped all the plants very carefully -which was immediately to my liking. The prep took a few days and stucco was nicely patched. Shin was very pleasant to deal with and very willing to provide as many samples as we requested and seemed to have a good eye for color as well. Very satisfies customers and we will certainly use them again when we are ready to tackle the interior!
