Description Of Work:
Painted exterior of a two-story house and garage. Scraped, sanded and caulked to prepare surfaces. Powerwashed house. Painted exterior of stucco, siding and wood three colors.

Called Mr Lee for an estimate. He happened to have some time available and came right over. He showed me an impressive portfolio of past jobs and letters of recommendation. He gave me a verbal and written proposal, and later in the week, a formal proposal by email and mail along with a long list of past jobs we could go visit. His was the third and lowest bid we received. We accepted his proposal on Friday and on Saturday his men were doing the prep work. The job took four days total. Throughout I was impressed by the crew’s attention to detail, the way they protected and kept paint off surfaces around the house and their politeness. The paint job came out great and our house looks brand new. The real measure of a company is how it happens problems. A couple of pieces of trim were painted the wrong color. When Mr. Lee called a day or so after the job was complete, we told him about the mistake and he had his crew back that afternoon to take care of it. We’ll highly recommend House Painting Inc. to friends when they need their home painted.
