We got our house painted a couple months ago and very pleased with the work. They were great!!! They were flexible with us not being home and working around our schedule. Very thorough and complete. The job looked wonderful!!! I would recommend if you are looking for a great painting company James Lee House Painting is a great one to go with.
We’ve hired lots of people to paint our house over the years. James Lee’s crew was the nicest, most professional group i’ve eer experienced and they did a magnificent job. They also called to tell us they would come out and do touchup work a few months after the job. Which they did – not from anything they left undone, but because we had some people refinish our kitchen cabinets after the paint job and they messed up some of the paint. Even though it wasn’t their responsibility, they came out and touched it up anyway. amazing in this day and age. highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work. oh and their prices are competitive too.

They painted my home exterior and all the trim and doors. Excellent work. They were on time, informed me of all their activity, and got my opinion whenever necessary. Site Manager Abraham was great. I’ve never had anyone as attentive to informing me and inquiring my opinion on various details. Their work in prepping the house for the painting was great! The majority of their work was involved with the prep work which resulted in an impressive end product.
James House Painting has been painting my properties for years now and I wouldn’t go with anyone else. The quality of work has always been great for a reasonable price.

This is long overdue, but I am going to add to the chorus of praise for James Lee House Painting.
My house has a crappy spray on stucco that had been peeling off for some time. It wasn’t in my budget to scrape it all off and re-stucco the entire building, so James came out and suggested that they could scrape off the peeling areas and try as best they could to match the texture. All for a very reasonable price. After his famous presentation of his license and letters from his happy customers, I was sold.
Our crew’s foreman was Andrew and he was just great. They came on time every morning, and cleaned up after themselves before they left. If it weren’t for the fact that they kept some of their ladders in the backyard over night you couldn’t have guessed that there was work going on.
I understood fully that patching the stucco was not ideal, and Andrew kept reiterating that he would try his best but no promises. His best was amazing. I was blown away how well they were able to seamlessly match the texture. And from the looks of it the patches will likely last a very long time.
The new color on the house and trim came out amazing, too. We couldn’t be happier.
This was by far and away the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. I seriously wish James would expand his business to other areas of home improvement! He has earned my business for life.

I hired James Lee to paint my house, however, he ended up being too busy and had his friend come over instead to meet with me. I was a little nervous, because at first it seemed like a bait/switch thing. However, after I got over the small language barrier, I decided to go through with the project with the new guy who works as a partner with Mr Lee. I had my house, guest house and garage painted. It is a 1920’s craftsman style home that had years of lumpy paint on the side. I had lots of paint changes and detailed work to be done. They did a beautiful, very detailed job and I was extremely happy with the results. It was part of a remodel we did outside and the paint looked so clean that people thought it was new construction. I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat.

Several weeks ago I had the exterior of my house and garage (wood siding and stucco) painted by James Lee House painting. I gave the company 5 stars based upon the way the quote was written which detailed everything from preparing the house before starting the exterior work and the process required to get a first class paint job. Two painters showed up at the time stated and reviewed the colors we picked and offered suggestions for the paint trim color. After completion of the painting the painters suggested a walk-around and we noted places for touch-ups. After a second walk-around we both agreed the job was finished. The outside area was cleaned up as stated in the proposal.
I highly recommend James Lee House Painting. The company provides high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

They recently did some repair and touch up work for us. James personally came out to discuss the job, gave his recommendations, and provided an accurate estimate. His crew did an excellent job, finished on time, and did a thorough job of cleaning up the work area. I’m happy to recommend James Lee House Painting!

James Lee House Painting is the best. PERIOD. If I could give this business 10 stars I would. My review is a few months late (sorry guys), but better late than never! Where to begin!!!! So much to type 🙂
My hubbs and I contacted many contractors about painting the outside of our home and fixing the wood trim around the house. Also, our house had those protruding old fashion windows (that holds many plants) that we took off which left holes in the bricks. Sounds scary… Yes! It looked scary as well! Any way, the quotes we were getting were outrageous. I am talking 20 thousand and over!! All we really needed was a good exterior painting!! So, I searched endlessly on yelp for an awesome exterior painting company and I came across James Lee. I definitely thought he was too good to be true!! He is not people!! He is real!!!
James came to our house with his license, pictures of homes he had painted, and letters from happy customers. I could not believe how professional this gentleman was! Just a very honest, kind, and hard-working man. You could really tell he takes pride in what he does. So, he looked at the house and gave us an honest quote. We hired him immediately!! His guys came out and prepped a lot the first few days and then painted!! His men were the BEST! So organized, respectful, and clean! They did the best job ever!!! I really do not feel comfortable posting pictures of my house, but trust me people… What they did was amazing!!
I wish I had met James before we moved into our home so I could have used him for my interior painting as well! I will definitely be using James’ service again and would recommend this company to anyone. They are truly that good. DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE. You will only be sorry if you do not use this company!!!

We had House Painting paint the exterior of our house. Of the 3 businesses that submitted bids, House Painting did the most thorough evaluation, including showing me references and photos of other houses they had painted. It demonstrated a pride in the quality of their work that impressed me.
I’m glad that we had them do the job. The workers were conscientious, and were more than willing to do extra needed cosmetic work. For example, patching up a beam under the roof that had old termite damage.
They were very focused on not accidentally spilling or damaging anything on the property. All of the work was neat and professional. It looks great. They were helpful in discussing the details of the job.
I contacted House Painting based on their overwhelming positive reviews on Yelp, and was happy that I did. They worked out great for us. They deserve all the business they can get.
